Our Neighborhood in

North Georgia.

The Arbor Chase Neighborhood began in late 2001, as a new Milliard Bowen "Community of Homes" within Hall County South.

Arbor Chase was built in 3 stages of expanded development. completing the neighborhood in early 2005. Our new North East Georgia community, and many other Bowen developments built throughout metro Atlanta, can be viewed in a 4 page publication presented below.

Arbor Chase maintains a country setting, but is only a few miles from restaurants, shopping, and interstate commerce. This quaint community with well lighted streets, and two cul-de-sacs, contains 53 distinctive ranch style homes. Arbor Chase began as a planned development with seven brick "Georgian Architecture Designs" that adapt beautifully to their many surrounding southern pines & oaks.
